September 6th (
“This was the night before” and I was still at work at 10:00pm. However, my mind was
everywhere else but at this painting job. Glacier, Banff, Jasper, Longs Peak
was about to occupy my life for three weeks and I had yet to make such life and
death decisions as in: how many socks to pack , should I bring my
Primaloft
jacket,
did I charge my batteries, etc. Who knew vacations could be this tough!
2:00am seemed to arrive in such haste and still I had not packed my bags, found my
headlamp, or made a decision as to what jacket to bring – the wisest decision
was taken: Let sleep handle it.
